[FedCom] SE Fed Finds

I took a trip down to Jekyll Island today and had the
opportunity to monitor some FedComs on the trip.  
I came across these during a search and had no ID for
them.  Can anyone assist?

164.7375    Sounded like a Motorola type Control Channel.  
                   I have no knowledge on VHF Trunked Systems, 
                   so I was at a total loss.  Anyone have any ideas?  
                   FLETC is not too far from Jekyll Island - that could 
                   have been the point of origin.

166.7375    Encrytped traffic, possibly a repeater
167.4625    Encrypted traffic, probably simplex, sig strengths 
                   were varied.
