Thanks Larry

Do you know of a source of a sound file of the
telemetry, so I can know what it sounds like?
Then maybe I could know whether what I heard
was encryption or telemetry.

It's a definite possibility, because Blackbeard
Island, Harris Neck, Wolf Island, and an 
Ecological Service field office are in that area.
