I wondering if you can narrow down the location of the repeater to a
county? Western Pennsylvania covers alot of territory. I live in
Schuylkill county,PA and I haven't heard it here, But I have heard
paging on that freq., but I think that it was durring a band opening?
I'm not shure what agency is using it but here are the agencies that are
known to use pl-tone 146.2hz:
