[FedCom] Help With ID'ing.....

I have recently discovered that the Port of Entry area's are using
163.225 both simplex and repeated (164.100 input), but I have also
learned that there are several NEW freqs added to US Customs radios that
are labeled as "colors". And from what I understand, they are recieve
only:

	164.4625	RED
	164.8625	GREEN
	166.4625	ORANGE
	170.1000	VIOLET
	170.4875	LIME
	172.8875	GOLD
	173.8875	YELLOW

Anyone have any clues/suggestions as to a possible explanation/use of
these freqs.
