whhooops.. .net it is..

And yes, I do need an upgrade.  Still running Win'95 (NOT OSR2), 200mHz,
64mb, on a mere 2gb drive - all of this WAS bleeding edge stuff in 1997.

There is still a wealth of 'radio-ware' software (including some of
Motorola's) that's DOS, Win'95, and QBASIC (pre-visual-basic) based that
just will not run well - if at all - on XP.
