Ken,

This is the first I've heard of this "unit"---if in fact it does exist.   
But-----to add fuel to the fire.

Just yesterday one of the veteran DC area listeners came up with a new freq 
with new users.  The freq was 407.325 MHz, which is in the military/Fed band. 
 Callsigns noted were Romeo & Renegade.  This guy thought that they might be 
Army/military surveillance team of some sort.

Baltimore-Washington Airport, in our area, has been made a "model" for some 
of  the Transportation Security (TSA) new equipment & procedures.  Just Maybe 
???????
