I think the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) of 1986 might have
something to do with why we don't list blow-by-blow details...  In a
nutshell, it says we aren't supposed to divulge what we hear if it was not
intended for us in the first place.

In other words...  You can listen, but you are not supposed to talk about
it..

Hey Ken thanks for the really "good" information, including frequency and
agency.  It seems to me that if the information was really that sensitive,
it would be DVP or digital.  What's the point of this group if we are going
to start censoring everything.  Just a thought.
