[FedCom] 164.400, any guesses

White Chevy by any chance? One DOJ agency in the Fitchburg, MA, area used to
have a few Corsicas but that was at least three years ago.

On another note, heard aircraft transmissions on 164.55 here in Worcester,
MA, off and on from about 0130 to 0400 hours this morning. Sounded like AM
mode, had to be relatively close by due to the loud and clear reception
through the poor quality antenna I was using.

I never knew there were more than a handful of others in my area on this
list; if you'd like to trade notes please drop me a line. I have lots of
observations and unanswered questions.
