I was in Salt Lake a few months ago.  The RMRA has some freqs posted on
their website.

I did not spend much time listening to the federal stuff, but I recall
hearing a Customs repeater with OTAR, and presumed US Marshal (or FBI??)
activity on 170.875.  It had a PL of 167.9, but the comms did not sound like
the FBI, and encryption was not used at all.
