I have in the past heard Aircraft from Otis on 164.550, But it's been
quite lately, might just be because I moved another 90 miles north of
Boston...Have never heard anything else there

Here in Ohio 164.550 is used by both the FBI and DEA.
Its the OCDETF repeater designated channel D1.

Its mainly active for area drug surveillance and busts.
