I had been picking up some traffic on 165.975 mHz here in Newport,
Oregon. I finally figure out that it is the Yaquina Head Lighthouse,
just south of Newport. The area is operated by the Bureau of Land
Management, and is a very nice wildlife area as well.

The frequencies I have confirmed at this operation;

165.975 mHz, CSQ - Yaquina Head Lighthouse - repeater
166.850 mHz, 151.4pl - Input to the 165.975 repeater

I have heard units at the lighthouse refer to a channel 4, but haven't
found it yet. I also am picking up another repeater on 165.975 with a PL
tone of 114.8, but it doesn't seem to be related to this operation.
