[Fedcom] Upcoming POTUS Visit to Portland

Local news media in Portland are reporting a visit by President Bush
this weekend. No specifics have been released, however there is a
definite increase in traffic on several USSS channels. 164.8875 mHz
(OSCAR), 165.2125 mHz (MIKE) and 165.375 mHz (CHARLIE) have all been
active with encrypted communications, as well as clear comms on CHARLIE
with the local Portland agents.

We'll be looking for additional activity over the weekend, especially
local law enforcement channels used for motorcade and outer perimeter
security.
