A lot of the posts here seem to related to federal
law enforcement, but I'll pass along something for
the US Fish and Wildlife Service.  They are using
a repeater on 166.325 here in coastal Georgia.  Users
include the Savannah NWR, Harris Neck NWR,
and Blackbeard Island NWR.

Throughout the spring and so far through the summer
the repeater and the output as a simplex channel have
been being used by Harris Neck and Blackbeard Island
units to track and study nesting Loggerhead Turtles.
