[FedCom] Kings' Bay TRS and Robins TRS

First, I have a question about the King's Bay NSB TRS.
Last month, I was in Glynn County and Camden County,
Georgia and tried to monitor the Kings' Bay system.  The
radio locked on the control channel but I never heard any
traffic or saw any TG's come up.  A scan of the system in
conventional mode yielded no traffic either.  Does anyone
know the status of the system?

On a recent trip to Warner Robins, GA I had the opportunity
to do some monitoring of the Robins AFB UHF trunked system.
This information was recently published in Monitoring Times,
so I'm hoping some assistance may come in with identifying 
some of the talkgroups; it was a short trip and most of these 
ID's are tentative.  If anyone can provide some more concrete 
ID's for the talkgroups, please send them in; I will update the
list as I have opportunities to monitor it more.

As mentioned in the information published in MT, the 
Security Police were not using this system, they are still on
VHF conventional.
