Given the numbers of monitors not only on this group but many others, they
might have to build a whole new prison, several antenna connections in each
cell, a T-1 line or two in each cell.. Intercell communications devices or
issued handhelds upon arrival..  the list can go on and on....

Enjoy the hobby while its still legal, after that an underground railroad
will be established        :-)
