As I'm finding more and more of these digital encrypted channels, an
interesting pattern emerges. Many of them are 12.5 up from current FBI
freqs. It Looks something like this:
(inputs seem to be 1 of 3 freqs: 162.950, 162.975, and 173.4625)

So, whatever this is has voted repeaters on every mountain & tall bldg in
sight, and controller is on 164.8625 (which, interestingly enough, is always
listed as FEMA). Very interesting.....Ruff
