Often the guy with the eye uses code names for the streets, so hearing the
play by play isn't always useful. However, if you listen long enough, you
can figure out where they are working.
I heard some FBI surveillance where the guy in the plane was trying to find
the surveillance car. [ I gather "our friend" was stationary.] There was so
much confusion that the FBI guy on the ground parked the opposite way of the
rest of the cars on the street. That was enough for the bird to spot him.
