Just a correction- rx freq for CMD-4 should be 166.6125, not .6175.
The 171.9375 and 163.325 are new to me and not used in SoCal (at least for 
forestry). 163.325 is a Mexican channel. Just a note- for fires in San Diego 
Co. 151.280 (Air Tactics 4) and 166.675 (AT-1) are the only freqs that can 
be used without Mexican interference (and sometimes 166.675 can't be 
either.) 122.925 and 123.975 are used alot, 123.075 for helo base. 130.2 has 
been assigned to Forestry in San Diego but so far I haven't heard it used.
