[FedCom] Suspicious powder at Cape Canaveral AFS

     As I type this (2:47pm EDT), a security CP is being set up on Cape 
Canaveral AFS to handle a situation involving exposure of four persons to a 
white powder.
     In the Ladies Restroom on the 2nd Floor of the MRL Bldg 54915, a female 
had been using the paper towel dispenser when a white powder came out.
     The Fire Dept has responded (after going to the wrong building).
     Comms can be heard on 170.125 and other CCAFS Security and FD freqs.
