[FedCom] Where'd everybody go?

FYI- Have heard no USSS or IRS (UHF) traffic in months. Believe they may 
have gone to the new digital VHF system. Also heard a Customs plane tell 
someone to switch to E7. No clue as to what that is, but I have heard a 
Customs plane in the clear on 168.875 R by accident (used to be the ASU 
input), he thought he was on XRAY. Of all the new freqs have only heard OTAR 
on one repeater- 170.0625, so that may be the Customs E7 he was referring 
to. If anyone knows what is in the E7 position for SoCal please advise. Ruff
