[FedCom] DOE Transportation Convoys?

Lot of press lately on plan to move weapons grade nuclear material from
Denver, CO area to Savannah River SC & governor's protest...

Has anyone seen those transportation trailer trucks lately on the roadways?

I would imagine that all of the radio transmissions are now encrypted BUT I
wonder what role state level law enforcement personnel play in these convoys?

A year or so back the webiste for the Pantex Plant in Amarillo TX had a
picture of the transportation vehicles as well as the special container
used for the weapons.
