[FedCom] Sandia/Livermore, and anywhere else?

The LLNL system is trunked astro. I'd could dig the freqs out of the Kelty
Federal book, but since it is digital, what would be the point. [Plus its
not fair to Bob Kelty.] There is a second astro trunked system at LLNL site
300 in the hills. Probably the sites are linked, but since they are digital,
how could you tell?

I routinely hike a ridgeline where the Livermore site would be 'scannable',
and will load the VHF freqs in the event there is some simplex still being
used. This ridgeline has a window to Travis and Moffet as well, so if the
VHF freqs are used in the bay area, I should eventually hear something.
