[FedCom] 413.050, 413.525

Still trying to find what freq inputs repeaters on 413.050 and 413.525 in 
Southern California. 413.525 sounds like Camp Pendleton, definitely computer 
installers. 413.050 picks them up partially, but is also repeating 
surveillance ops for someone, possibly in Long Beach. Since Postal is 
usually coded, it's either DEA, or maybe an FBI UHF link repeating a VHF 
freq for an RA somewhere. If anyone knows the input, please advise/Thanks
