Re this freq- a friend heard traffic (an exercise message) about a C-141 on 
fire, possibly from Edwards AFB. If anyone lives near there can you advise? 
It definitely isn't the digital I hear in San Diego, since I can't hear 
Edwards. Also- regarding the Edwards area, does anyone know what VHF channel 
BLM Law Enforcement repeats on 417.575 (called "discrete"). Is it 167.000, 
169.350, 166.9375, 166.2625, or something else?   Thanks/Ruff
