I know that freq is a more or less standard USAF Security Police freq in
many areas. You might be hearing Moffett. It sounds like whomever does
gate security for them now that they're a "Federal Airfield" is on that
freq. I'm afraid that I don't know about the PL tones, since none of my
three scanners are capable of decoding them..

Most of my listening has been either in San Jose or Santa Cruz, so depending
on where you are, your mileage may vary.

DEA:
      418.7500
      418.6750
      418.8250
      418.9500

 418.3000
 414.1500

NASA Ames & Moffett Airfield:
(On an EDACS trunked system, the freqs are in the proper LCN sequence.)
      407.3500
      408.3500
      408.9500
      409.7500
      411.3500
      412.8000

Onizuka Air Force Station (aka "The Blue Cube"):
      413.0000
      407.3000
      413.0250
      407.3250
      413.4500

I remember there being more, but my notes are hiding from me at the moment
;)
