  Here in Wash DC area 418.300 (it's possible the freq was 418.350) was 
indeed the USPS "police".But this was a number of years ago (6 or 8).I 
entered the freq yesterday (3-10-02) to have a listen  for any activity.If 
I remember right,they seemed to be based out of the big facility in 
Brentwood,Md.That building is now out'a bounds ever since the anthrax 
contamination.I just heard on the news recently where *they* are supposed 
to begin serious de-contamination procedure's there.At one point the talk 
had been to close it.Probably just wanted to drive up costs to do work.
