FPS, in the Philadelphia region, operates with a repeater output of 413.875
with no PL or DPL.

I hear them working buildings in Center City Philly and also in various
suburban locations (presumably, some of it is rented office space housing fed
agencies who contract with FPS for security checks other suburban sites are fed
owned).
