[FedCom] 418.300

I remember seeing a photo from the riots in L.A. a few years ago. The
photo had a police officer, dark color uniform, with flack jakcet with words
"Police" on the back, on the lot of a postal facility, holding a shotgun,
and the description under the photo identified the officer as being with the
"postal service." So, as Terry suggests, I suspect they are all part of the
Postal Inspection Service; some in uniform, some not. On a side note, most
post offices have posters announcing various postal laws. Some of these
posters have a nice reproduction of the badges carried by the Postal
Inspectors at the top, for those of you who might be interested in that.
Hmmm, I wonder of the Postal Inspectors have a web site....

frequencies for "Postal Inspectors", but that was all. I figured maybe the
F.B.I handled mail thefts. I am going to program in 418.300 and listen if I
hear anything for my area.
