  Heard some strange traffic on this frequency today. My records show this
as a WHCA or SecServ frequency. The traffic today seemed very 'commercial',
sounded like people discussing some remodeling or contruction, discussion of
carpet and lumber. My immediate thought was that I was hearing an image
frequency or harmonic or something but I don't think so. This frequency has
been in my scanner for a long time, first time I've heard anything on it.
    Any thoughts? Anyone know who is using this frequency the most?
