I dont know about the FBI radio's, but US Customs (here in the AZ/NM
area) has the following in the D7 slot: 168.025 (rx) 163.100 (tx) with a
different pl that seems to be sector/area dependant. The most common user
of this freq seems to be the law enforcement wing of the National Forest.
