There was one post on their message board a couple of weeks ago saying
that California was looking at changing some of their command and
control procedures for aerial assets (helicopters, airtankers, jump
ships, helitankers, and command ships - I assumed this had to do with
them running out of airtac freqs last year in Northern California during
some fire busts (as reported on the Northern CA scanner and fire lists).
