I picked brief comms up on these...all encypted...while out in Mechanicsburg,
PA about a month ago.

Also,  would anyone have frequency info for these installations:

US Navy NAVICP Mechanicburg
US Army DDRE (New Cumberland Army Depot)

Any other fed or mil frequencies of interest in the area?
