FLASH- Just found yet ANOTHER repeater for 173.4625- 171.6125.
That's 8, and that's only the ones I can hear in a valley, with indoor 
scanner antenna's, a uniden BC895XLT, and a Radio Shack PRO-2006.
So it seems the Bureau uses SDC-2, and the BP SDC-1, plus numerous other 
single input repeaters. If anyone knows how this system works,and can 
explain simply to a non-radio technician, please advise!!!
Also, even though 163.625 is used alot (old main repeater/analog) units seem 
to switch, or just stay on ALPHA-6 (166.350/168.500 R/encrypted digital.
