That the FS deploys freqs somewhat differently between east and west of the 
big "M," is correct.  Our local NF uses the 168.025 for LE, but with an input 
of 164.125.
There are ten or twelve repeater sites accessed by unique input tones, but 
not all have LE transmitters yet.  The NF on the other side of the state line 
must have a LE freq, but if it is 168.025, it must have a different input.
168.050 is now the flight following freq and the fire net seems to be 168.750 
in both states.  Most of the time both of these must be monitored to hear a 
complete air-ground conversation.
If there is a major fire event then the "Cache" channels would probably come 
into play.
