It appears the FBI is now sitching to the SENECA system. I'm hearing new
digital repeaters keying up right next to their regular, analog frequencies.
Over the last 2 days I've heard:
current use new SENECA
167.3875 167.375
none 167.425
167.5125
167.5375 167.525
167.7125 167.725
none 173.450
in desert 167.2125
none 170.0625

These all seem to have the same input, which I haven't found yet. This
is probably a new SDC-3 channel, exclusively FBI. I'm sure I'll find some
more. This goes right along with putting inputs and outputs next to each
other (input for SDC-2 is 173.4625, 173.450 is one of the above SDC-3
outputs).
The 167.2375 and 171.6125 are assimilated into the SDC-2 group. Ruff
