[FedCom] Just Confused.

If you are like me, maybe more so,
It's the Quest! and The Quest Continues.

Sometimes we get lucky and someone's radio drops out of code,
or gets out of range for the encryption to work properly.
So, we put the PL tone in and, on those rare occasions, catch a rare treat,
and hear something.
