[FedCom] Just Confused.

Personally, I consider it sort of "signals intellegence". Even though I may not
be able to hear what they are saying, I still like to be able to keep track of
what frequencies are active and who might be using them. I guess I like to have
a better idea of what's going on in the federal spectrum.

And as was mentioned in another message, you never know what may pop up on these
digital or encrypted channels. Many frequencies in my area that are encrypted
90% of the time still come up in the clear, and I hate to miss anything!
