Just an increase in activity on an encrypted channel
tells you something big is brewing. It could also direct you
to keep an ear on common channels such as
155.3700 Intersystem, or 155.4750 NLEEF for possible
concurrent activity with local law enforcement.
Arthur - you need to look at the bigger picture.
Sometimes what you are not hearing - speaks volumes!
