Yesterday in Anaheim, CA there was a very good surveillance on 418.675 =
156.7 Hz ctcss (DEA).  163.20 136.5 was in the clear also (Marshals).  =
170.025 167.9 (FBI) was in the clear with a surveillance.  Daily there =
are surveillances on 166.4625 (Treasury Common) in the clear.

I know I'm really trying your patience, but, excluding the USSS, do the =
ATF,
FBI, FEMA and US Marshall communicate "in the clear?" I just read in =
Monitoring
Times where someone was monitoring the US Marshall Services,on =
frequencies I
was told were useless.
