This is true in Cincinnati.

Unfortunately the 165.375 (Charlie) repeater switched to ASTRO about one and
a half years ago.

Interintestly enough when the VP or POTUS are in town they do not use the
repeater, they use Talkaround (Simplex on the output) of the 165.375, in
addition to other channels, all DVP'd.
