In Portland, OR. during the past week or two, there has been a simulation of
a plane blowing up and crashing into the river, and a bio or small pox
(can't remember which) attack.  The plane thing was actually planned for
Sep. 12, 2001 but was rescheduled for obvious reasons.

I also think there was two Amateur Radio drills during the last month.  I
believe the Ham stuff is a yearly thing but I could be mistaken.

One thing I have to question is are there really more threats, or are we
just being told more about it because they feel the need to cover their
asses more since Sept. 11th?
