Two, actually: Does anyone know what is going on with 166.5125, and why 
several people have reported clear conversations from aircraft on this freq?
Next- Why can't most (if not all) surveillances with aircraft talk coded? 
Does it have something to do with synchronization?? Tks/Ruff
