Same here in the Charlotte, N.C. area.  Alot of OTAR in the morning rush 
hours when the band is enhanced, and I can hear multiple repeater outputs in 
the region on 165.2375 MHz.

I believe you're in central / eastern Florida, Allen, so you may experience 
the same circumstances during the 6 - 10 a.m. time slot.
