That was it, Allan. It does sound a little like ANDVT comms, and it does have
some distinct, sweeping cycles. I usually count between 8 and 12 "cycles" of
this noise, and you will usually hear a little short "reply" chirp of data at
the end from the radio that is being re-keyed.
