According to Larry Van Horn, Editor, "The Fed Files" for Monitoring Times, FEMA nationwide has a duplex combination of 165.6625/164.8625. Does anyone know if either the repeater in and/or the repeater out frequency has a PL tone? I think these frequencies can each be simplex as well. Can anyone provide a PL?
