This evening The Learning Channel had a rerun of two hours of "Marshall Service".. only watched the first hour which showed footage of a takedown.. Appeared that cellular/pcs phones were used in investigative phase and than showed them using portable VHF high band radios during active surveillance & "takedown"... Always interesting to watch these programs.. Should have tape it!!! Ken
