I can guarantee that the USSS in Los Angeles are on the same frequencies
that they  always have been.  They are just 100% IMBE/CAI (APCO 25)
Astro digital.  The IRS in Los Angeles is also ASTRO digital not SENECA
on there new Vhf frequencies.
