[FedCom] Blue angels VHF freqs

In 2000 170.9 was used at San Francisco Fleet Week and this year 164.9
was used. It is their maintenance personal freq. and also used from the
comm. cart to the rest on the Blues in the air. Also has been used as a
interplane for taxi between 5 & 6. This year 275.35 was # 1-4 A2A,
345.9 was 5 & 6 A2A and 307.7 was show center.
