[FedCom] USSS/missing agencies

Have heard NOTHING on San Diego USSS repeater (165.6875) in months, or any 
other channel, except weak digital on BAKER from L.A.
Did SD change freqs? Are the usual 4 freqs still in use in L.A.?
What about the WHCA freqs? Did everybody switch channels, or is nobody 
talking?? Also- all IRS traffic on 418.250 R gone. Old VHF 167.000/165.950 
repeater just keys up constantly. Where did they go?? Is LA 418.175 repeater 
still in use? 418.225?
Where the heck is everybody? All on trunked SENECA?
P.S.- FBI inputs on 173.1875, 173.1625, 170.7375, 173.175 still direct.
Trunked repeater on 170.9125 blows 170.9 desert repeater out of the water. 
Input on 173.4625 interfered with by BP repeater on 173.450 (excessively). 
167.325 interferes with 167.3375, 167.550 and .575 interfere with 167.5375 
and .5625 (still in use). 167.525 blows 167.5125 out of water. 167.3875 and 
167.7125 now repeating same input, 167.6875 missing. 167.7625 still there, 
167.2625 unknown.  Ruff
