1. Artsci Fed Freq directory says this is US Army & US Air Force, and used as "aircraft maintenance net" at Norton AFB, CA; also used by Vandenberg AFB
2. Noted Fedcomer, Monitoring Times author & editor Larry Van Horn says (chart of allocations 173.0-173.9875) page79, June Monitoring Times that the Air Force & Army use this frequency:
